Role Summary
This position is suited to a professional who has already led a team and is ready to take stronger ownership of business results, target achievement, and people development. You will lead a telesales team and be responsible for day-to-day execution, performance tracking, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 15 to 20 telesales executives and guide them toward consistent performance.
- Track everyday and monthly metrics such as call volumes, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Review calls, share live feedback, and coach team members to improve selling effectiveness.
- Push the team to meet and surpass sales goals on a regular basis.
- Support onboarding and training of new hires to strengthen the overall team capability.
- Make sure quality and compliance expectations are followed at all times.
- Spot underperformance, diagnose gaps, and implement corrective action quickly.
- Build a high-energy, accountable, and result-oriented sales environment.
Requirements
- A graduate degree is mandatory.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in telesales or BPO sales.
- Prior experience leading a team of about 15 to 20 members.
- Sound knowledge of sales numbers and call center KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage people well.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a strong focus on targets and execution.
