Tortilla is hiring a Team Member for its Cutty Sark, Greenwich location on a permanent basis, with both part-time and full-time schedules available. The role offers pay of up to £12.91 per hour, with wages issued every two weeks.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the front- or back-of-house team, you’ll help create the lively, welcoming atmosphere Tortilla is known for. Depending on your background, you may work directly with guests, support food preparation behind the scenes, or be trained across both areas. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced hospitality, values fresh food, and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience.

• Help serve guests and contribute to a positive dining experience.
• Support preparation of fresh toppings and menu items behind the scenes.
• Work closely with the team to keep service smooth and standards high.
• Take part in cross-training across customer service and kitchen support where needed.

What Tortilla is looking for

The company is open to candidates with hospitality experience as well as people looking for their first job. A friendly attitude, willingness to learn, and an upbeat personality are considered essential. Previous experience in roles such as pot washer, kitchen porter, kitchen assistant, prep chef, commis chef, line chef, or similar restaurant, café, hotel, bar, or fast-food roles would be useful, especially for those wanting to stay in a kitchen-focused environment.
