About the Role

This is a high-impact, full-lifecycle recruiting position within a rapidly expanding, product-focused organization that develops software for essential real-world industries. You will serve as a crucial partner to hiring managers across engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market teams, influencing the company's growth at all levels. The role combines sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hiring strategy, with significant responsibility for generating top-of-funnel candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will be expected to manage diverse hiring needs, from senior technical positions to cross-functional business roles, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. This is a highly visible role where your judgment, speed, and communication skills will directly impact the company's ability to scale effectively. You will collaborate closely with leadership in a high-trust, high-expectation environment where recruiting is recognized as a primary driver of success.

Accountabilities

  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for various functions, including engineering, product, design, operations, customer success, and go-to-market roles, based on business needs.
  • Develop strategies to drive top-of-funnel candidate generation through proactive sourcing, employee referrals, professional networking, industry events, and innovative engagement tactics.
  • Conduct thorough recruiter screenings to assess both technical and non-technical qualifications, while also fostering candidate interest in the company's mission and career prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to precisely define job requirements, align on candidate profiles, and adapt hiring strategies based on market intelligence.
  • Guide candidates through the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and positive experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes, tools, sourcing methodologies, and interview protocols to enhance efficiency and the quality of hires.
  • Represent the organization externally in a compelling and authentic manner to attract and secure top talent.
  • Contribute to a high-performing recruiting culture that emphasizes ownership, constructive feedback, and ongoing development.

Requirements

  • Possess 4-6 years of recruiting experience, with substantial experience in technical hiring within software or technology-centric companies.
  • Demonstrate a proven capacity to source and engage high-caliber candidates in competitive talent markets.
  • Exhibit strong interviewing capabilities with excellent judgment in assessing technical aptitude, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
  • Ability to rapidly grasp new subject areas and translate vague hiring requirements into clear and actionable sourcing plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in close collaboration with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, suitable for fast-paced, high-growth settings.
  • A mindset of high ownership, with a history of accountability and proactive problem-solving.
  • Capacity to provide and receive direct feedback, leading to continuous improvement in recruiting performance and expertise.
