Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Singapore is for a Technical Support Specialist who will assist customers with technical issues and help ensure products perform as intended. The role focuses on diagnosing problems, providing support, and keeping customer satisfaction high through clear communication and effective issue resolution.

- Provide hands-on technical help to customers and investigate product issues.
- Identify the cause of faults and work through practical solutions.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in geospatial technology or IT will have an advantage. A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
