Job Description

The primary duty of this role is to uphold and effectively maintain current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles. This involves coordinating with the batch review team, which includes managing the receipt and distribution of batch files and updating the relevant tracking systems.

Core Competencies

• Receive manufacturing documentation from all Julphar sites.
• Accept packaging documentation from the Physical Laboratory.
• Record batch details in the release tracker.
• Liaise with Quality Control to obtain Certificates of Analysis (COA) before release.
• Assemble manufacturing and packaging documents.
• Submit released batch documents for archiving.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Batch Release Team Leader or Manager.

Qualifications and Functional Knowledge

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Exhibit a proven understanding and disciplined approach when interacting with all stakeholders.
• Possess excellent knowledge of reporting protocols and record-keeping practices.
• Have a total of 3 years of relevant experience.
