Role Overview

The company is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Technology Consultant Manager to oversee consulting assignments and guide clients through challenging technology initiatives. In this role, you will lead consulting teams, recommend practical technology solutions, and ensure that technology investments are aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and guide a team of technology consultants and analysts.
• Create and present technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, and digital change plans.
• Review client technology setups to find areas where performance, efficiency, and innovation can be improved.
• Advise on enterprise software, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and new technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into technology goals.
• Oversee consulting projects, including timelines, budgets, outputs, and delivery milestones.
• Carry out technology evaluations, capability gap reviews, and solution assessments.
• Support system rollouts, adoption planning, and organizational change efforts.
• Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and strategic guidance for leadership teams.
• Keep up with market trends, evolving technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, digital transformation, or similar functions.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management position is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and software ecosystems.
• Proven involvement in technology modernization, transformation programs, and process improvement work.
• Strong analytical ability, sound problem-solving skills, and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with project management methods and consulting approaches.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure, TOGAF, or similar credentials are an advantage.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting.
