About the Role

Axis Services is seeking a motivated Telecom Voice Process Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, onsite position involves handling customer inquiries and providing technical support within the telecommunications sector. The role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in a telecom voice process environment who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to telecom services.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues for customers.
• Address customer queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years and 6 months of experience in the Telecom Voice Process domain.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in a telecom voice process is mandatory.
• Willingness to work night shifts is essential.
• Candidates should be immediate joiners.
• Recent company relieving documentation is required.
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the office are preferred.
