About the role
This role is suited to an energetic, professional, and driven person who wants to build a long-term career in construction. As a Trainee Site Supervisor, you will work alongside the existing site team and contribute to the smooth running of installation sites. Key responsibilities
- Support the Projects Manager and communicate regularly on site progress.
- Carry out inspections of work being completed on site.
- Prepare site reports using the site audit pro system.
- Oversee material handling and general materials coordination.
- Read and understand site drawings.
- Help maintain health and safety standards across the site.
- Coordinate with installers regarding materials and sign-offs.
- Keep site managers updated on any issues or concerns.
- Assist with labouring tasks where required, including setting up and instructing loading out.
Requirements
- Ability to travel, as the role will be mainly site-based in and around the M25.
- A full valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
- Construction qualifications and/or prior experience in site-based construction work.
- SSSTS is preferred, although this can be arranged.
Job details
This is a full-time, permanent position. The work pattern is Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift. The role is based on site, primarily in and around the M25.

The salary offered is £25,000 to £26,500 per year.
