Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a inventive, user-first, and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to craft digital experiences that are simple to use, engaging, and visually polished. This position focuses on building interfaces and interaction patterns that improve ease of use, accessibility, and overall satisfaction across websites, mobile apps, and other digital products.

You will work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to understand user expectations, business priorities, and product needs. A key part of the job is turning concepts and requirements into wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and refined interface mockups that support smooth and effective user interactions.

This role calls for solid design thinking, strong problem-solving ability, and a good grasp of user behavior and interaction design principles. You will be involved across the full product lifecycle, from research and concepting through testing and iterative improvement, making sure the final product is useful, attractive, and aligned with user needs.

To succeed here, you should bring creativity, a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for creating digital products that address practical user problems.

Responsibilities

  • Create interface designs for web, mobile, and other digital products.
  • Build wireframes, user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and visual design materials.
  • Develop design solutions that reflect user needs as well as business objectives.
  • Carry out user research, usability checks, and design reviews.
  • Establish information structures and navigation frameworks.
  • Design interactive experiences that improve ease of use and user engagement.
  • Partner with product managers, researchers, and developers throughout the design workflow.
  • Preserve consistency across design systems, UI components, and user experiences.
  • Use accessibility, responsive design, and usability standards in every deliverable.
  • Explain design ideas, recommendations, and supporting reasoning to stakeholders.
  • Keep design documentation, style guidance, and digital assets organized and up to date.

Requirements

  • Solid grasp of UI/UX fundamentals and user-centered design approaches.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished interface designs.
  • Understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
  • Strong creative thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and a consistent design approach.
  • Knowledge of accessibility, usability, and responsive design practices.
  • Ability to turn user needs and business goals into practical design outcomes.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and projects at the same time.
  • Strong teamwork and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Willingness to keep learning and improving design methods.
