Role Description

This full-time remote Vice President Operations role at T.P FINANCE is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance and long-term operational strategy across the organization. The Vice President Operations will lead and optimize core business processes, ensure efficient resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and productivity. This role will collaborate with executive leadership to set operational goals, manage budgets, and align operations with overall business strategy and financial targets. Daily activities include monitoring key performance indicators, reviewing operational reports, resolving escalated issues, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The role also involves mentoring operational leaders, fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management experience, with a track record of optimizing workflows, processes, and resource utilization.
  • Proven P&L Management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and driving profitability while controlling costs.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service leadership, with the ability to design and oversee service standards that enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting operational objectives, aligning initiatives with company goals, and executing long-range plans.
  • Project Management expertise to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry, with understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is an advantage.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in digital collaboration tools.
