The team blends platform know-how with proprietary machine learning to improve SEO and keyword planning, thumbnail and packaging performance, audience engagement, rights management, localization, and catalog revenue generation. With a clear revenue-share model and performance-based accountability, TRM manages end-to-end channel operations designed to improve discovery, retention, and RPM. The company works with experienced professionals in international licensing and YouTube monetization and has partnered with studios such as Sony Pictures, JioStar, Huace, Cape May Studios, and Future TV.
The core idea is simple: producers and aggregators retain ownership of the content, while TRM drives growth.
Role Overview
This position combines video editing with graphic design responsibilities. The selected candidate will work on full-length entertainment content, promotional creatives, and supporting media assets while following brand and editorial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit feature-length films and web series in line with editorial checklists and channel-specific guidelines.
- Design attention-grabbing YouTube thumbnails, channel artwork, banners, and logos that match brand identity requirements.
- Combine dubbed or voice-over audio tracks smoothly with the video timeline.
- Produce teasers and trailers for upcoming program launches.
- Use a creative approach to enhance the quality and appeal of both graphic and video assets.
- Keep video files, project folders, and related resources neatly organized on the company server.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should be comfortable using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, and should be able to collaborate effectively with different team members. Experience with AI-based graphic design tools is important for producing polished posters, YouTube thumbnails, and other visual content. Familiarity with audio editing and colour correction will be considered an advantage. The role also demands the ability to stay productive under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
Working Environment
This is a full-time office-based role in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
