Job SummaryFor our store located at Tauentzienstraße in Berlin, we are seeking a full-time Visual Merchandiser (40 hours/week) to join our team immediately.
Responsibilities- Maintain visual merchandising standards, particularly in designated store zones as assigned by management.
- Execute store layout plans according to management directives.
- Construct and install window displays and campaign stylings for Europe-wide initiatives.
- Style mannequins for campaigns, aligning with market trends and brand aesthetics.
- Develop and install impactful in-store displays based on marketing and promotional guidelines.
- Regularly inspect all visual merchandising elements, including mannequins, displays, lighting, and lightboxes.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Participate in regular meetings with the Store Management Team to enhance awareness of all VM-related matters and ensure consistent high standards.
- Train and onboard sales staff on visual merchandising and display standards.
- Assist the Store Management Team in optimizing store efficiency and customer service protocols.
- Starting wage of €16.73 per hour, with potential to increase to €19.04 per hour as your career progresses.
- 30 days of annual leave, bonuses, and a 13th-month salary.
- Monthly meal allowance up to €112.50 and a monthly mobility allowance up to €58.00.

- High level of creativity and a strong sense of fashion and trend awareness.
- Understanding of the local market dynamics and the profiles of UNIQLO and its competitors.
- Meticulous work ethic with a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
- High degree of flexibility and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser is advantageous.
