Role Overview

This full-time warehouse role supports day-to-day operations under the direction of the Operations Manager or Warehouse Manager. The position focuses on loading, repacking, inventory handling, and general warehouse upkeep.

The work is physically demanding and involves loading bulk and route trucks, checking outgoing shipments, and unloading incoming deliveries. You will use order sheets to assemble loads with a forklift and an electric pallet jack, while ensuring paperwork accuracy and following warehouse procedures for building loads. A clean and safe work area must be maintained at all times. The role may require working in different weather conditions.

This job involves repeatedly lifting a large number of product cases throughout the shift, with each case weighing between 20 and 45 pounds. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, though hours may change based on operational needs.

Key Duties

• Pick the correct products and flavors from the warehouse and load them into the designated bays of route trucks.
• Make sure stock is rotated properly in the warehouse and on trucks according to expiration dates.
• Repack and clean product in line with company standards.
• Remove damaged or out-of-code products after approval from the Operations Manager.
• Keep the warehouse tidy by taking out trash every night, sweeping daily, and operating the floor scrubber as needed.
• Support loading and unloading activities while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Additional Information

The expected base pay for this role is between $48,284 and $53,366 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and work location, and the stated range can be updated in the future.
