Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Warehouse Supervisor position is based in Dublin 12, County Dublin, Ireland. The role is focused on keeping warehouse activities running smoothly and accurately, from goods intake through to dispatch. You will guide the warehouse team, help plan daily workloads, support safe and orderly operations, and ensure stock and records are maintained to company standards.

Key Duties

In this role, you will oversee everyday warehouse processes and make sure orders are completed correctly and on time.

  • Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
  • Lead and support warehouse staff while assigning tasks and monitoring output.
  • Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Keep the warehouse organized, efficient, and safe for all team members.
  • Track stock levels, carry out stock rotation, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Support shipping and receiving workflows and liaise with carriers and internal departments.
  • Help ensure all warehouse activities meet health, safety, and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on warehouse experience along with the ability to lead people and manage daily priorities in a busy environment.

  • Proven supervisory ability, including team leadership, delegation, and performance oversight.
  • Background in shipping, receiving, and material handling within a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control, stock checks, reconciliations, and documentation.
  • Forklift operation experience and familiarity with warehouse equipment; certification is considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organization, and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well across teams.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse or inventory management systems are useful.
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or a similar warehouse environment is preferred.

Additional Information

This position is a full-time warehouse leadership role with no remote-working option. Applicants should be prepared for an active operational environment and for coordinating closely with colleagues across the business to support accurate order fulfillment and stock management.
