Role Overview

The company is looking for a skilled and imaginative Web Designer Manager to guide the web design function and lead the creation of engaging websites and digital interfaces. This position calls for someone who can shape design direction, uphold high standards, and work closely with different teams to deliver polished digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support a team of web designers and UX/UI specialists.
• Build and execute web design plans that support brand goals and business objectives.
• Direct the design of responsive websites, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints across platforms.
• Develop and evaluate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Partner with developers, marketers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver strong web projects.
• Make sure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design standards.
• Keep visual consistency across websites, brand assets, and design guidelines.
• Review design work and give clear, constructive feedback to the team.
• Track trends in web design, new technologies, and industry best practices.
• Handle timelines, priorities, resources, and design output for assigned projects.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, or digital design.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating website design, responsive layouts, and user experience work.
• Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility requirements, and responsive design methods.
• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and current web development concepts is an advantage.
• Excellent creativity, visual communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
