Role responsibilities
- Contribute to Workday Time Tracking initiatives, including work related to migrations between Workday and other platforms.
- Support payroll, HCM, and Financial SCM-related activities where applicable.
- Build and maintain highly accurate calculated fields.
- Work with Workday HUBS in the course of solution delivery.
- Design advanced and matrix reports to meet business needs.
Mandatory experience
- Bring at least 5 years of hands-on Workday Time Tracking experience.
- Have deep, specialized expertise in Workday reporting, including multiple report types rather than only general reporting exposure.
- Understand Workday Time Tracking, payroll, HCM, and Financial SCM domains.
- Demonstrate strong capability in calculated fields.
- Have experience with Workday HUBS.
- Be able to create advanced and matrix reports.
Good-to-have experience
- Prior exposure to BIRT reporting is an advantage.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics/reporting tools is desirable.
