About the Role
The Area Visual Merchandiser role is responsible for improving sales and the in-store customer experience by creating strong, engaging visual presentation standards across several stores. This is a field-based, on-site position that reports to the Area Manager and supports a defined geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
- Boost sales and improve the customer journey by maintaining powerful and inspiring visual displays across multiple locations.
- Guide and coach store visual teams so they can deliver consistent, commercially effective store environments.
- Make sure the Commercial Handbook and global visual merchandising standards are followed.
- Provide stores with seasonal fashion direction, styling support, and awareness of current trends.
- Work with store leadership to roll out local commercial plans and sales initiatives.
- Organize and improve visual merchandising workflows such as sample selection, floor planning, and display setup.
- Support new store launches, store rebuilds, and ongoing visual upkeep in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with Sales Market teams to maintain brand standards.
Requirements
- Background in visual merchandising or retail fashion.
- Strong ability to lead people and coach teams effectively.
- Good understanding of fashion trends and styling.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising processes and routines.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to handle several stores and competing priorities at once.

Additional Information
The expected base salary for this role is $85,500. The position is salaried and exempt. The EEOC code is SLS.
