Location and working style

The position is based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Compensation and package

The offered package is USD 200,000 to USD 250,000 annually, along with equity and additional benefits. The overall reward package is positioned as competitive and tied to meaningful impact.

What you will do

• Develop and launch applied AI products, including LLM-driven systems, agentic reasoning solutions, data workflows, and production-grade infrastructure.
• Tackle complex real-world challenges that improve operations, public outcomes, and large-scale national systems.
• Work closely with government stakeholders, enterprise leaders, and subject-matter experts to turn ideas into deployed solutions.
• Take full ownership of delivery, move quickly on decisions, and contribute to the evolution of applied AI tooling.
• Keep pace with the latest progress in GenAI, LLMs, and reasoning research, and convert new ideas into working systems.

What we are looking for

• Practical experience building GenAI or LLM-based applications such as agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, or reasoning models.
• Strong programming ability in Python, with exposure to PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build reliable production systems.
• Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and deployment environments.
• A self-directed approach, with comfort owning problems end to end and working with minimal bureaucracy.
• Interest in creating AI systems that are used across industries, governments, and communities.
