Store Operations and Customer Experience

Qualifications and Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • Experience of 2 to 4 years in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

  • Demonstrated ability to support KPIs, improve team output, and maintain operational quality.
