This position is for an experienced, service-driven Assistant Store Manager to help run a premium beauty salon in Dubai. What you will do

• Assist the Store Manager with the everyday operation of the salon.
• Ensure clients receive a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Organise bookings, manage the salon calendar, and keep artists’ schedules running smoothly.
• Respond to client questions and handle complaints in a professional, customer-first manner.
• Help manage staff rosters, leave planning, and appointment allocation.
• Carry out daily cash and sales reconciliation and keep records accurate.
• Support retail sales, service package promotion, and upselling across the team.
• Review daily and weekly sales results and help implement plans to meet store targets.
• Run daily team briefings covering targets, promotions, and business updates.
• Keep client files, consultation forms, and customer profiles current and accurate.
• Assist with stock control to maintain appropriate retail and professional inventory levels.
• Address maintenance concerns proactively and ensure the salon always reflects brand presentation standards.
• Follow company SOPs, operating procedures, and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Support compliance with government regulations, audits, and salon documentation.
• Cover Front of House responsibilities when needed and assist wherever support is required.
• Set the pace for the team, encourage performance, and contribute to a positive salon culture.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a management or senior Front of House position in beauty, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and encourage a team.
• Strong commitment to delivering memorable customer service.
• Commercial awareness with experience improving sales, retail results, and team performance.
• Well-developed organisational ability and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a busy setting.
• Hands-on experience with salon booking platforms and reporting tools.
• Good communication skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience or knowledge of salon services, beauty products, and best operating practices is an advantage.
