- Maintain regular contact with distributors and identify high-potential partners for larger business opportunities.
- Share product updates and other important information with channel partners in a timely manner.
- Plan and run engagement initiatives for each channel.
- Ensure distributors receive marketing collateral and reference material without delay.
- Partner with the business development team by sharing market feedback and following up on action plans.
- Create and implement events, contests, and promotional initiatives to improve visibility within the distributor community.
- Support expansion of the distributor base by reactivating dormant relationships and onboarding new distributors.
- Guide and monitor team members to improve productivity.
- Arrange regular training, coaching, and development support for the team.
- Ensure team members complete AMFI certification.
- Review RM performance on a monthly basis and take corrective action when results fall below expectations.
- Prepare and submit relevant sales reports to the Regional and Zonal Heads.
