About The Role

We are looking for a dependable and self-assured Clinical Support Coordinator, based in Singapore, to become part of our virtual team. This position involves managing phone-based interactions with patients and clients, delivering precise information, and remotely supporting clinical operations. This is a full-time remote contractor role, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Singapore Time.

What You'll Own

• Initiate and receive phone calls with patients and clients professionally and confidently.
• Respond to inquiries clearly and accurately, addressing patient concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Offer assistance concerning clinical services, appointment scheduling, and general questions.
• Ensure communication consistency and adhere to established protocols.
• Meticulously document call details and updates within internal systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate seamless patient coordination.

What You’ll Need

• Excellent verbal communication abilities and assurance in phone interactions.
• A consistent, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Capacity to acquire new knowledge rapidly and adapt to evolving processes or medical information.
• Fundamental computer proficiency and the capability to navigate multiple systems.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical support, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
