Role Overview

This position is for a Control-M support professional at Zensar Technologies in Pune, Maharashtra. The role centers on batch job monitoring, production support, and resolving incidents in a 24x7 environment.

Technical Requirements

Strong understanding of Control-M architecture, including how agents and servers communicate.
Hands-on familiarity with the Control-M platform for administering batch jobs and using its core features.
Working knowledge of Unix fundamentals.
Understanding of ITIL concepts and practices.

Preferred Experience

Background in managing priority incidents and urgent issues related to Control-M.
Basic exposure to Unix.
Basic knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle.

Soft Skills

Comfortable supporting 24x7 batch monitoring and production operations.
Strong analytical thinking and careful attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate effectively within a team.
Good verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
