Role Overview
Join Stanley Black & Decker as an Executive Assistant supporting Human Resources leadership in a remote role based in the USA. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment and enjoys providing senior-level administrative support that keeps executive operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
- Deliver executive administrative and operational support to several HR Vice Presidents and executives.
- Manage dense, fast-changing calendars and arrange internal and external meetings across different time zones while protecting leadership time.
- Plan detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, meeting agendas, accommodations, and related expense reports.
- Create, format, and distribute presentations, reports, meeting packs, agendas, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate leadership meetings by handling logistics, preparing materials, recording action items, and tracking follow-up tasks.
- Act as a main contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of HR executives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with HR events, team meetings, off-sites, and leadership sessions.
- Work closely with other executive assistants to resolve scheduling and coordination challenges efficiently.
- Edit and prepare documents such as letters, memos, PowerPoint decks, and Excel files, including data manipulation and chart creation.
- Balance competing priorities, work proactively, and drive tasks through completion under deadline pressure.
- Organize business rhythm planning so core meetings, logistics, and pre-meeting requirements are in place ahead of time.
- Monitor incoming communications, flag urgent items, and escalate when needed.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative workflows.
- Keep digital records, files, and documentation orderly and up to date.
- Look for ways to improve administrative processes and boost team efficiency.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Background supporting multiple senior leaders in a public, global organization, ideally in Human Resources or a corporate setting.
- Strong capability in managing complex schedules and priorities with limited supervision.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, plus familiarity with travel tools and expense reimbursement processes.
- Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and meeting logistics.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional, and positive presence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making ability.
- Ability to work well both independently and as a highly collaborative team player.

The annual salary range for this role is $62,200 to $100,200, depending on factors such as job level, location, knowledge, skills, and experience. The offered salary may differ by location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for annual merit increases.
