Role overview

An employer in Aachen is looking for a committed Facility Support specialist to help keep buildings and technical systems operating smoothly and to support ongoing maintenance work across the site.

Key duties

Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair tasks on buildings and technical equipment.
Perform minor electrical installation work and troubleshoot faults.
Check building and facility systems such as lighting, sockets, and fuses.
Complete regular inspections to assess the condition of the premises.
Maintain order, cleanliness, and safe traffic conditions across the property.

Candidate profile

Familiarity with relevant safety rules, such as DGUV requirements and VDE standards.
Practical hands-on ability, technical understanding, and an independent working style.
