The Inventory Management team focuses on keeping product assortments well-curated and store operations running smoothly so customers enjoy an elevated shopping experience.

Opportunity

Aritzia’s Toronto Eaton Centre location is expanding, and the retail inventory function is growing with it. This role offers the chance to help shape how merchandise is received, organized, and presented in-store, while supporting efficient day-to-day retail operations. It is also a strong entry point for building a long-term career in retail and broadening your professional development with Aritzia.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently across distribution centres, other stores, and customer orders.
• Arrange merchandise in the stockroom so product flow stays balanced and inventory levels remain appropriate.
• Maintain high standards for product placement and display so items are positioned correctly and stocked at the right levels.
• Help deliver connected shopping experiences by supporting omni-channel service processes.
• Contribute to smooth retail operations, including window setups, fitting room support, supplies and equipment handling, and technology troubleshooting.
