The Design & Direction group turns creative concepts into digital experiences that balance artistic expression, user experience, and commercial impact while partnering with creative, project, development, content, and client teams.
Role Summary
The Junior Digital Designer supports the creation of digital design work across artist stores, ecommerce journeys, campaigns, content programs, and marketing materials. Working with Creative Directors and senior designers, this person helps produce visually strong, brand-consistent assets that support artist storytelling and fan engagement while growing technical, creative, and strategic design capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and production of digital assets for ecommerce, campaigns, content, and marketing programs.
- Translate direction from Creative Directors and senior designers into polished creative output.
- Develop visual assets for artist stores, promotional campaigns, product launches, social media content, email, and other digital touchpoints.
- Help build layouts, graphics, visual systems, and campaign materials.
- Follow established brand guidelines, design systems, and creative frameworks across projects.
- Prepare final files and assets for production and development handoff.
- Support website updates, landing pages, promotional experiences, and merchandising initiatives.
- Join creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and kickoff meetings.
- Work closely with project management, development, content production, and client teams during delivery.
- Contribute ideas and design solutions during concept development.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and high quality in all deliverables.
- Keep up with design trends, digital experiences, music culture, fashion, and fan behavior.
- Continue building design skills, technical ability, and creative problem-solving.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in digital design, graphic design, ecommerce, agency, or a similar environment.
- A strong portfolio that shows visual design ability and creative thinking.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn from feedback and collaboration.
- Ability to juggle multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in music, culture, fashion, digital experiences, and creative storytelling.
- Experience with ecommerce and digital marketing concepts is an advantage.

Compensation
The posted base salary range for this role is 51,540 to 70,000 per year. Final pay depends on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, specialized skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location.
