Role Overview

Key Duties
- Present the bank’s product features to prospective customers.

- Keep customer records securely and protect confidential information.
- Inform customers about the outcome and progress of their applications.
- Gather information from the market and competitors in the field and share it with leadership to support product improvements.
- Understand the available channels customers can use to contact the bank with feedback or complaints.
Education
A Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies is required.
