Candidates eligible to apply must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 22 and August 26, 2026, for a two-month period and demonstrate relevant skills in training and recruitment fields. Fresh graduates looking for full-time job opportunities are also welcome.

About the Internship
Join Breakout, Bangalore's pioneering interactive real-life escape room game, as a Learning, Development and Recruitment intern. Immerse yourself in a unique role designed to enhance team capabilities and support hiring efforts in a dynamic environment filled with puzzles and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate engaging training programs covering hospitality, conflict resolution, storytelling, and customer service.
- Evaluate employee skills by observing and collecting feedback to pinpoint areas needing improvement.
- Create training materials and lead learning sessions.
- Monitor training outcomes and compile detailed progress reports for management review.
- Support recruitment by managing candidate pipelines, screening resumes, shortlisting individuals, and assisting in coordinating the hiring process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Available to commence between 22nd July and 26th August 2026.
- Willing to dedicate 2 months to the internship program.
- Possess relevant skills and enthusiasm in learning and development and recruitment domains.
- Fresh graduates seeking job opportunities are encouraged to apply.
Candidate Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master's in HR, Organisational Psychology, Education, or related fields specializing in Learning & Development.
- Prior experience or academic projects related to training delivery or instructional design preferred.
- A passion for fostering employee growth and service-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to excel in a fast-paced, energetic workplace.
- Strong dedication to adhering to training timelines and commitments.
Additional Information
- Work schedule includes 6 working days per week with one weekly off.
- Weekday shifts (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) run from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) span from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Successful internship completion can lead to a permanent position offering an annual salary between ₹360,000 and ₹400,000.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly internship stipend ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹15,000.
- Certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and opportunity for job placement upon successful performance.
