  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals while promoting teamwork, accountability, and strong performance.

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a similar area.
  • Demonstrated success in managing learning programs and working with business leaders to solve capability needs.
  • Strong experience designing and delivering leadership and management development initiatives.
  • Hands-on involvement across the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, instructional design, content development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Good understanding of adult learning theory and current learning approaches.
  • Change management certification or formal training in change management methods.
  • Experience using learning management systems, ideally Workday Learning.
  • Strong project coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is an advantage.
  • Experience in a global or decentralized environment and bilingual ability in English and French are strong pluses.
