Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will help deliver high-quality service to customers and represent the brand on the shop floor. Your work will include sharing product information, highlighting promotions and events, and assisting the store team in reaching business objectives. The position offers development opportunities in a fast-moving retail environment.

Key Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by following Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service approach.
• Help build a positive team atmosphere by contributing ideas, feedback, and suggestions.
• Support multiple store functions such as customer assistance, product placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization.
• Assist with everyday retail tasks, including POS handling, replenishment, pricing updates, markdowns, loyalty program promotion, and store cleanliness/recovery standards.
• Work with Store Management to improve personal performance through sales-focused methods and lead by example.
• Follow asset protection rules and procedures, including loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum qualification required is O Level or an equivalent level of education.
• 1 to 2 years of work experience is required, preferably in retail.
• Strong spoken and written English is necessary; knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
• Must be available for rotating shifts, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills are needed, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and retail POS systems.
• Should be motivated to perform in a high-growth and fast-paced retail setting.

The pay range posted for this role is $11.44 to $13.17, depending on geographic market conditions, and compensation will always meet or exceed local minimum wage requirements.

Compensation

Work Schedule

This role requires rotational shifts and may include night work, weekends, and public holidays.
