About the Role
PolicyBoss is seeking dedicated Relationship Managers to join our team in Guwahati, Assam. This role is crucial for building and maintaining strong client relationships within the insurance sector. We are looking for individuals with a foundational understanding of insurance products and a commitment to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand and articulate insurance product offerings to meet client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) passed.
- At least 6 months of prior work experience in the insurance or brokerage industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with various insurance products is essential.
- Preference will be given to local candidates from Nalbari.
Additional Information
This position is based in Nalbari, Guwahati, Goalpara, and Dhubri. The compensation package is up to 3.5 LPA. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their CVs.
