Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Sales Development Representative in Central London with a base salary of up to £50,000 plus £25,000 commission. What the Role Involves
As an SDR, you will be one of the first points of contact for prospective customers and will help shape their first impression of the business. You will be expected to use insight-led prospecting to start meaningful discussions with the right accounts.
Key Duties
- Research and contact target accounts through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Design and run highly tailored outreach sequences for different prospects
- Develop rapport with senior decision-makers across multiple industries
- Assess inbound and outbound leads and arrange discovery meetings
- Share observations with the broader team to improve targeting and messaging
Experience and Skills Needed
The company is looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR, BDR, or recruitment role. Compensation
