Role overview
This position suits a confident caller who handles rejection well and stays motivated by goals. It is a high-volume outreach role focused on initiating conversations, creating interest, and converting prospects into scheduled demos and meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to B2B decision-makers through cold calls and email outreach.
- Set up product demos and sales appointments for the wider sales team.
- Conduct prospecting and outreach using LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp.
- Screen leads and keep the sales pipeline accurate and current.
- Meet weekly and monthly activity and conversion targets consistently.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has at least one year of experience in SDR, telecalling, or B2B sales, with a demonstrated history of making cold calls and securing meetings. Strong spoken and written English is essential. Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn and Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms, is expected. The role also calls for someone who is organised, resilient, and strongly target-oriented.
Work location
This is an office-based role in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Compensation
The role offers a fixed annual salary in the range of Rs. 5-6 lakhs, along with variable pay and performance-based incentives.
