At Cracker Barrel, the server role is centered on warm hospitality and creating memorable guest moments. Tip sharing is not part of the model here; servers keep 100% of their own tips.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide attentive table service and help guests feel welcomed and cared for.
• Notice the little details that improve the dining experience, such as refills, timely plate clearing, and personalized guest interactions.
• Work closely with teammates to keep service running smoothly.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused attitude throughout your shift.
• Learn the role quickly and follow the restaurant’s service standards.
