Your Impact

In this UI Designer role, you will work inside the Product Design team to craft polished visual outputs that support in-app experiences, campaigns, and other digital touchpoints. The position is centred on creating refined UI, motion, and visual assets that deliver a consistent, high-quality user experience.

You will partner with Product Designers to improve the overall appearance and usability of the product while contributing to fast and effective delivery. This role is a strong fit for an early-career designer who wants to strengthen skills in design systems, product thinking, and collaboration across teams.

Success in the role will come from producing dependable, high-standard work, contributing positively as a team member, and steadily building confidence and capability in a product-led environment.

A Day in the Life

• Assist Product Designers by producing strong UI components and screen designs that follow existing design systems and patterns.
• Adapt brand rules across several brands while keeping visual output consistent and aligned.
• Grow your ability to use design systems, motion, and AI tools through practical delivery and feedback.
• Develop understanding of product design processes, including critiques, sprint routines, and cross-team collaboration.
• Keep reusable libraries of assets, templates, and motion patterns organised to support efficient large-scale production.
• Work with Product, Design Systems, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver work on schedule and to the required standard.

Your Strengths

• Strong working ability in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Exposure to design systems and component-led design environments.
• Solid grasp of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with a range of stakeholders.
• Capability to juggle multiple briefs across different brands and channels at once.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce production-ready assets quickly.
