About the internship
This part-time, on-site HR internship is based in Ahmedabad and runs for 6 months. The role focuses on day-to-day recruitment support, candidate coordination, onboarding assistance, and learning & development support within a company operating across semiconductor and energy storage sectors.
What you will do
- Create and publish job openings across multiple platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates for different roles.
- Conduct the first HR interaction to assess basic suitability.
- Work with hiring managers to schedule and coordinate the next interview stages.
- Share timely feedback with both selected and unselected candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist with learning and development activities as needed.
Who can apply

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 6,000.
