She also brings experience in operations management and research, which adds a structured and analytical style to her content workflow.

Work You Will Support

You will edit creator-led social media content across multiple pages and help turn raw footage into polished, platform-ready videos. The role includes working on an established fitness and lifestyle page as well as a new creator-led product discovery page being built from the ground up.

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form and long-form videos.
• Create several versions of the same clip for testing and optimization.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, zooms, sound effects, and other engagement-focused elements.
• Follow the editing direction and reference material shared by the founders.
• Ensure the final output is polished, clear, and ready for publishing.
• Schedule and publish content when needed.
• Keep content folders and project files neatly organized.
• Coordinate closely with the founders to deliver work on time and incorporate revisions quickly.

Weekly Output Expectations

For the fitness and lifestyle page, the expected output includes 4 short-form videos each week, 1 long-form YouTube video per week of roughly 12 to 15 minutes, and 1 carousel post every week. For the product discovery page, the work involves daily short-form editing, high-volume reel production, and multiple variations from the same footage for testing different performance angles.

What Will Be Provided

You will receive raw video footage, scripts, reference videos, content direction, editing guidelines, and regular feedback and mentorship. You will not be responsible for ideation, trend research, scripting, or filming.

What the Team Is Looking For

The ideal candidate should understand Instagram Reels and both short-form and long-form video formats well. A strong sense of pacing, captions, subtitles, and retention-focused editing is important, along with attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to implement feedback quickly. Portfolio quality matters more than software expertise, and no specific editing tool is required.

Preferred Profile

Preference will be given to applicants who have edited short-form and long-form videos before, managed or edited content for Instagram pages, YouTube channels, meme pages, or creator accounts, understand retention-driven editing and viral formats, and have a personal portfolio of edited work.

Eligibility and Application Process

Only candidates who are available for a work-from-home internship, can begin between 25 June 2026 and 30 July 2026, can commit for 6 months, and have relevant skills and interest should apply. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply. Shortlisted applicants will need to complete a Google Form, share portfolio links or sample edits, complete a short editing test using supplied footage and a reference video, and attend a brief online interview. Only candidates who finish the full application process will be considered.

Additional Information

This internship is based on remote work from India. The stipend is INR 10,000 per month. There is 1 opening available. The internship lasts for 6 months and starts immediately. The application deadline is 26 July 2026 at 11:59:59 PM.
