Area General Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Area General Manager to take charge of several business locations, strengthen operational performance, and support expansion across the region. Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement regional business plans that support company goals and growth priorities.
• Manage the performance of multiple sites, business units, or operational locations within the assigned territory.
• Track financial outcomes, operating KPIs, customer experience measures, and profitability indicators.
• Guide, mentor, and build capability within location managers and regional teams to encourage accountability and high performance.
• Develop productive working relationships with major stakeholders, clients, partners, and senior leaders.
• Improve operations through better processes, workforce planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Handle regional budgeting, financial planning, cost management, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to company standards, legal obligations, and operational compliance across all sites.
• Spot new commercial opportunities, market developments, and strategic actions that can support future growth.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have a background in multi-site operations, regional management, or a general management capacity. Strong commercial judgement, a firm grasp of financial and operational metrics, and the ability to lead teams are essential. We are also looking for someone with sound strategic thinking, confident decision-making, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
