Overview

We are hiring an Associate Recruiter for a remote hourly contract opportunity based in the United Kingdom. The role offers pay in the range of $15 to $20 per hour and can involve anywhere from 10 to 40 working hours each week.

What you will do

Handle recruitment work from initial candidate sourcing through onboarding coordination.
Use sourcing methods and market research to find and connect with suitable candidates.
Run several hiring assignments at the same time while keeping work accurate and well organized.
Keep communication clear and professional with candidates as well as internal teams throughout the hiring cycle.
Update and preserve correct candidate information and hiring data in applicant tracking systems.
Work closely with other recruiters to help create a strong candidate experience.
Keep improving your recruitment knowledge and support better hiring processes.

What we are looking for

Relevant background in recruitment, talent sourcing, or another people-oriented role.
Strong planning, coordination, and detail-handling abilities.
Good written and spoken communication skills.
Solid reasoning, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Comfort with remote work and digital hiring/collaboration tools.
A proactive, self-driven approach and willingness to learn in a team setting.
