Role Overview

This position is for an experienced barista who can handle a busy drive-thru environment while consistently preparing high-quality coffee and delivering excellent customer service.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for keeping up with a high volume of coffee orders, maintaining speed and quality, and supporting customers in a fast-moving service setting. The role also requires you to stay organised, work cleanly, and contribute across different areas of the restaurant when needed.

Skills and Capabilities

The ideal candidate should manage time well, switch between tasks efficiently, and remain effective when working independently or with a team. Strong customer service, tidy work habits, and attention to cleanliness are essential. Familiarity with coffee calibration and machine upkeep is helpful, though training can be provided because equipment may differ from machine to machine.

Workplace Standards

Maintain a high level of cleanliness across all relevant areas, including the coffee machine, dining area, wash-up space, and storage area. The role expects consistent organisation and a professional approach in a fast-paced environment.
