Role Overview
SBH Fashion is looking for an imaginative CAD Designer to create fresh artwork and prints for several women’s fashion labels. This position blends creative concept development with technical execution, requiring a strong sense of fashion, color direction, and trend awareness. You’ll take artwork from early idea stages through production-ready files while working closely with design, merchandising, and product development partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design original prints, patterns, and graphic artwork from initial concept all the way to production.
- Build seasonal print stories that fit each brand’s identity and customer profile.
- Study fashion movements, color direction, and market trends to spark new creative ideas.
- Prepare production-ready CADs, including repeats, placements, and color variations.
- Develop and update print presentation materials for design review meetings.
- Work with Design Directors and other teams to make sure artwork supports the seasonal line plan.
- Revise artwork based on feedback while protecting the brand’s visual language.
- Assemble artwork files and vendor-ready packages for overseas suppliers and production teams.
- Maintain accuracy in color, scale, and repeat details throughout the development process.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in CAD, textile, or print design within women’s apparel.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of print creation, color theory, and textile design principles.
- Ability to spot, interpret, and translate emerging fashion and color trends.
- Strong creative ability with experience building original artwork from scratch.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines.
- Prior experience with contemporary women’s apparel brands is preferred.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000.
