Key responsibilities

• Welcome shoppers in a courteous and approachable way.

• Support company promotion efforts such as credit card offers, product protection plans, and charity campaigns.
• Help customers with bagging and loading their purchases when needed.
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and keeping the work area tidy.
• Protect register security by following cash-handling rules, observing company procedures, and staying aware of the surroundings.
• Escalate service-related or transactional matters to a Customer Service Manager when appropriate.

Compensation

The starting hourly pay for this position is $18.00.

Minimum qualifications

Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
