Role Summary
This senior leadership position reports directly to the CEO and Founder. The COO will oversee day-to-day operations, guide execution across the organization, and help ensure the company’s solutions are delivered reliably as the business scales. The role is based on-site in Clearwater, Florida, and is focused on building operational strength, improving delivery, and supporting the company’s mission to modernize healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute operational plans that support the company’s growth goals and mission.
- Improve internal workflows and procedures to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Lead successful delivery and implementation of the company’s virtual care solutions for healthcare partners.
- Partner with product, finance, sales, and clinical teams to keep execution aligned across the business.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing operations organization with a strong accountability mindset.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and use results to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with healthcare systems and partners to support long-term satisfaction and collaboration.
- Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards while reducing operational risk.
- Work with the executive leadership team on strategic planning and company-wide priorities.
- Use data and market insight to support innovation in virtual care delivery and operational practices.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of senior operational leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, technology, or telehealth. They should have a strong track record of managing complex operations and improving performance in fast-growing organizations.
Deep familiarity with healthcare operations, including regulatory considerations and operational hurdles, is important. The role also calls for strong team-building ability, excellent communication, sharp problem-solving, and confident decision-making. Comfort working with operational tools and healthcare technology platforms is expected.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
