Overview

Reverse Media is hiring a Community Manager who is comfortable working with people and wants to build a career around community engagement. The role is based in Gurgaon with the option to work remotely, and it is a permanent position.

What the role involves

Create and run community strategies, oversee communication, and keep discussions active and well moderated across the assigned communities.
Track how the community is growing, study engagement patterns, and make improvements based on the results.
Spot opportunities to spark more conversations and deepen participation within the community.
Help the community become a trusted and active source of information and interaction in its niche, growing naturally through word of mouth and other channels.

Profile of the ideal candidate

You appreciate how communities can bring together people with shared interests, and you understand how they support a cause, movement, or brand.
You are familiar with online community platforms and are highly confident using at least one of these: Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, or Telegram.
You enjoy building connections with people and take real satisfaction in helping others engage around common interests.
