About the Role
In this position, you will help deliver a positive customer experience and keep the store clean, well stocked, and inviting for guests. The work moves quickly, so the ability to juggle tasks and manage time effectively is important. OTR is known for its food range and barista coffee offering.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, high-quality service to customers.
- Keep the site tidy, stocked, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle a fast-paced workflow while balancing multiple duties.
- Work independently and also contribute within a team environment.
- Promote products and special offers to customers.
- Support store operations during overnight shifts as scheduled.
Working Hours
This role involves three overnight shifts each week, from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Candidate Profile
- You should be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- You must be comfortable working both on your own and alongside others.
- You will spend long periods standing and may need to do moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Flexibility to work late nights, early mornings, and weekends is required.
- You should be open to learning about the company’s product range and special promotions.
