We are seeking a highly creative and organized individual to work closely with our founder, transforming innovative ideas into compelling proposals and ensuring every client experience is thoughtfully curated, inspiring, and flawlessly executed.

The Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a visually oriented creative professional with a solid understanding of design, space, styling, and narrative. In this role, you will collaborate with the founder to conceptualize and develop creative ideas for both new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be translating client briefs into impactful visual proposals that effectively communicate our vision and enhance every event. While direct floristry experience is not a prerequisite, a natural aptitude for design, spatial awareness, and an appreciation for environmental transformation through florals, styling, and production are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founder on developing creative concepts for weddings, private events, and brand activations.
• Produce visually engaging client presentations and proposals.
• Create mood boards, styling concepts, color palettes, and design narratives.
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into unified event design concepts.
• Incorporate guest flow, spatial planning, and overall guest experience into design proposals.
• Conduct research on creative references, materials, emerging trends, venues, and production techniques.
• Contribute ideas for florals, tablescapes, furniture, linens, lighting, styling, and decorative elements.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with concept development.
• Provide support for project planning from the initial proposal phase through to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production partners, and the internal team as needed.
• Assist with on-site event styling and installations when required.

About You

• Possess a high level of creativity, a keen visual sense, and excellent taste.
• Demonstrate a passion for design, interiors, events, hospitality, fashion, or set design.
• Exhibit strong spatial awareness and an understanding of how individuals interact with environments.
• Be adept at communicating ideas visually through presentations, mood boards, and imagery.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive in taking initiative and comfortable working closely with a founder in a fast-paced creative setting.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
