Wendy’s is hiring Crew Members to join the restaurant team in Inverness, Florida. This position is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, contributing to a team, and helping deliver great food and a positive customer experience from day one.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Bring a helpful, positive attitude and support both guests and fellow crew members.
• Be willing to learn and contribute to a team that values doing good work.
• Step in and help resolve issues when something does not look right.
• Stay on your feet and keep moving for most, if not all, of your shift.
• Use common restaurant tools and equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.
• Follow brand standards to prepare food, serve guests, and keep the restaurant clean and presentable.
