About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team and deliver dependable, high-quality help to customers. - Manage complaints with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Help improve service quality by spotting repeated issues and patterns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs efficiently.
- Join training sessions and team meetings as needed.
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and process changes.
