CyberArk Resident Engineer

Role overview

Redington Middle East is looking for a seasoned CyberArk Resident Engineer to work on-site in Dubai and provide day-to-day support for CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) environments. This role focuses on hands-on administration of self-hosted CyberArk deployments, with responsibility across setup, configuration, onboarding, troubleshooting, and Secrets Management delivery.

What you will do

• Run and maintain CyberArk PAM modules such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, HTML5 Gateway, and PTA.
• Bring privileged accounts into the PAM platform for Windows, Linux, databases including MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB, as well as network infrastructure, security appliances, and web applications.
• Deploy and configure CyberArk Secrets Management using CP/CCP and connect it with applications where needed.
• Carry out platform upgrades, regular health checks, issue resolution, and tuning for better performance.
• Coordinate with customer IT and security stakeholders to keep the PAM environment secure, stable, and highly available.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of practical experience implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of CyberArk self-hosted environments.
• Prior experience with privileged account onboarding and Secrets Management through CP/CCP.
• Solid understanding of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, databases, and scripting; PowerShell or Python knowledge is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability and good communication skills for customer interactions.

This position is based in Dubai, UAE and is intended for an on-site full-time engagement.
